Creating Intimacy - Opening, Attunement  and Containment

This group is for singles and couples who have completed at least Level 1 of the Creating Love work, and is an invitation to explore a more mature and ecstatic dimension of love and intimacy; that is based on meditation, presence and responsibility.

In this process we focus on learning to feel  a deeper inner connection with ourselves. This leads to us a place of more vitality, empowerment and sensitivity. As our own instrument becomes more alive and attuned, we find greater capacity for depth of connection with others. We work with finding out what it means to both give and receive love.

This workshop is more energetic in approach. We work with opening up our bodies energetically and physically, so that we can be more present and sensitive to ourselves and each other.  At the same time we will also develop the art of keeping ourselves centred and with some level of emotional containment  as we navigate the different terrains of intimacy.

To deepen our opening we also need to work with our unfinished business.  We carry a lot of unresolved resentments and hurt in our hearts that cause us to be shut down, protected and distant.  We will do work with what is blocking our own hearts, enabling us to rediscover the capacity of truly opening to each other without defences.
  
By bringing light to this it enables us to meet each other in attunement and the riches of deep intimacy. The process will include work with body opening, breath, sharing and meditations.
